The staff at the office are wonderful. They greet you with a smile, they are punctual, the facility is spotless and up-to-date with the latest technology, and they are kind and caring when dealing with their patients. I would highly recommend this office to anyone looking for a new dentist.

Friendly, gentle & down to earth staff. They tell me what I am getting billed for before I go into my appointment. I have a fear of the Dentist and because of this neglected my teeth, however now that I have found Thunderbird Dental I keep up to date on my cleanings & fillings...sometimes Lol
I can get an appointment quickly as well, within a week.

Hi, I tried to call you right after you called me but nobody answered. I paid my bill in cash and put the rest on Visa. I just received a call from your dentistry saying I shorted you $100 and you will be putting the owing on account.

I grabbed the cash in a hurry so I’m not 100% sure how much was there but it was counted in front of me when I paid & it seemed to be the correct amount I was charged for.

This seems to be an error on your part and it seems unethical for you to charge me automatically without showing me proof that I shorted you.

Other than this incident, the doctors here are great.

I was a walk-in on a Saturday. It was just a broken filling but they got me in that same afternoon and took care of it. Everyone was great.
